• Our Boutique Collection features items that come directly from the manufacture or distributer of boutique fashion houses. Unique looks you won't likely find in your local mall. The items in this collection are brand new, most without retail tags. Great quality, great prices, and that uniqueness only the boutique fashion houses can offer. Average price $35 shipped with Standard Shipping (3-5 days).
• The Designer Overstock Collection features items from well know department or speciality stores and are well know brands. Most still have retail tags on them. Some will have the store markdown stickers on them as well. These items will be in new condition as you would purchase from a department store but deeply discounted. Average retail price is approximately $40-$50 and our prices go as low as $5 when on clearance. 
• We will NOT sell defective or Gently Used (Preloved) merchandise on flameandflair.com. Those product lines will remain an eBay exclusive.
